E-Myth Revisited

I just finished reading the E-Myth revisited.
The concepts are great! However, the book is not clear on practical steps to institute these ideas into a business.
Has any one read this book?
Has any one applied his teaching to their business? Any thoughts

I did read that book several years ago and I remember feeling that it resonated a lot with how I wanted to run my business. I also looked around for some relevant resources to implement and never really found anything other than their coaching which I never pursued.

Thanks for reminding me about the book though. Probably time for a reread.

I also recommend "How to win friends and influence people". Although my take away was that it mostly felt common sense to me.

Joy Inc is also good.
