E stop shutdown for swimming pools lights??

I heard a person say that the 2023 NEC require emergency shutoff e-stops for swimming pools that have lights in the pool or any other electrical apparatus/power in the pool, . And it had to be within 25 ft. Is this true? I have not seen the add on for the lights, but have heard of the e stop for circulation pumps etc..

680.13 has been in the Code for a while. It requires an "in sight from" disconnect for equipment other than lighting.
There may be a 2023 change but I don't see it.

The only "emergency switch" required in Article 680 of the 2023 code is the one for spas and hot tubs in 680.41.
The maintenance disconnect required by 680.13 excludes lighting.
