The most cost effective earthing is a concrete encased electrode. If you want a really good ground for some reason, start with an earth resistance test, then design your ground system to meet what ever resistance you want. Most of us don't worry about the ground resistance, as it doesn't matter, unless you are concerned with lighting protection.

So this means you don't need any grd. rods if you have a ufer grd, correct ??
