Can you share some insight on what the options in user selection are for adding in other system motor contribution at a given node ?
Ex. If you request SCC value at the terminals of a mtr in question, does program automatically add in other mtr contribution or must you identify which mtrs are "ON" ?

Does program offer a "COLD START" option at a given node ?
Not sure if Cold Start is correct term, but if bus in question is OFF for a period on time, all R values drop based on area Ambient Temp "C" and any connected mtrs would not be up to speed.

I can speak for SKM for part of your question.
When you put devices into SKM, by default they are "in service". You can select them as out of service for different scenarios that you want to run.
We do not have the motor transient module that I would guess has the type of analysis that you are looking for regarding motor cold starts, etc, so I can't speak to that.
Fault currents at any node takes into account any motor in the path that is "in service" regarding contribution unless you selected the study check box that says not to.
