Some time ago Mike sent a newsletter about a seminar he attended during which he was shown how the plug-in "correctly wired" receptacle tester could be fooled. I was not thinking and did not copy the information so I am asking if anyone can supply me the way a receptacle can be wired incorrectly and yet the plug-in tester will show it as being OK.
