UNFORTUNATE THAT THE PREVIOUS TOPIC WAS CLOSED AGAIN AND IT WILL BE HARDER TO REFER TO THE PREVIOUS THREAD.
Will the person be electrocuted in Exhibit 2A with EGC connected to ground? YES or NO?
Will the person be electrocuted in Exhibit 2B without EGC but METAL PANEL connected to ground?

Conclusion in first Illustration based on the Discussion with Mr. Petersonra
FOR THIS ILLUSTRATION EXHIBIT 1,
Connecting to earth one of the current carrying conductor will bring the potential to zero or approaching zero voltage. Therefore electrocution is minimize provided that the voltage drop is not to large. SEE EXHIBIT 1

In this exhibit we have proven the importance of connecting to earth or to some conducting body in replacement of the earth.

Ungrounded delta has no real reference to ground, and in theory with a low impedance meter you should be able to see that.

But it isn’t always that simple. Other things come into play such as capacitance. The answer could vary on several different scenarios.

But if you want an answer based on theory of everything working correctly and behaving as it’s suppose to. I believe No there should be no shock potential between a phase conductor and ground/earth. Like I said in real life will be a different ball game.

Just a bit of info. The EGC that is still required with ungrounded delta systems have to go back to a ground fault detection device. Wether it be PLC,relays, or an old light bulb set up.
