What is proper EGC installation in conduit with a 120/208 branch circuit and a 277/480 branch circuit? (all conductors rated for 600 volt).
EGC--Different systems in same conduit.

One EGC can serve both voltage systems. There is no code requirement for separate EGC's. If a wire EGC is not run, then the metal raceway, assuming it's listed in 250.118, is suitable.

o.k. so does the EGC splice in a j-box and a seperate EGC shall return to each individual panel?

The insulation value have to be the same Value to 600 V.

2005 NEC 300.3(c)(1)----conductors of different sysytems can occupy the same raceway,cable,enclosure if the insulation voltage rating is not less than the maximum circuit voltage.
