I am contemplating a 20A service in a small barn I have. It has contained chickens in the past and might have animals again so I think it should be classified as an article 547 building. The feeder to be buried in a trench for this project.

The required EGC for this building is #12AWG. According to 250.119 this conductor needs to be green or bare and according to 547.5F it needs to be insulated. The only way to satisfy both it needs to be insulated green. But I cannot find any USE-2 "Green" #12AWG available. Is there such a thing?

How do I satisfy both of these requirements?
