Hey, i have a scenario where i am running multiple circuits in pvc to FS boxes for temp power. In the house we have 10 homeruns coming from the panel to a 6x6 pull box then from there we are piped outside to the fs boxes. My question is this, being a temporary install and to avoid pulling 9 additional wires through the pipe can i run 1 egc through the pvc to the pull box for my outlets? Or should i pull a seperate ground for each outlet

Never worked a commercial job, but if all circuits originate from the same panelboard, one grounding conductor (EGC) should be ok. Also, Temporary wiring is still subject to NEC.
 
A single EGC from multiple panels for all circuits- doesn't make sense. Fault path needs to be back to the same ground buss if mutiple Circuit Breakers are used.

Lemme clarify my point.

3 20A ckts, 1#12 EGC from panel 1 to box A.

3 20A ckts, 1 #12 EGC from panel 2 to box A.

All 6 20A circuits 1 #12 EGC from box A to box B

3 20A 120V ckts, 1#12 EGC from panel 1 to box A.

3 30A 277V ckts, 1 #10 EGC from panel 2 to box A.

All 6 circuits, 20A 120V and 30A 277V, 1 #10 EGC from box A to box B.
