EGC steel box

I have a steel box with no provision for ground connection,I was thinking of drilling the box and using a 1/4 20 bolt, connecting the three EGC's with crimp ring connectors. Is there a better way?

What size conductors are you using? For small conductors a splice with one pigtail to the box will work.

My wire is #10 stranded, I was thinking to stack them on the bolt.Is this ok.

Drill and tap some 8-32 threads and put a ground buss in there.
