EGC tap conductors

I have utility service coming into main breaker sized 2500 amps 120/208v three phase. Load side of the main breaker feeds bus. The bus is tapped with 4#600 kcmil to discoonect less than 10 feet. What size equipment ground wire be installed from tap to discoonect 1#350kcmil or 1#3 awg?

or you could use metal conduit and not need a wire type EGC at all.
