Egress from Working Space for Rear Accessible Switchgear

Looking for thoughts on an arrangement where there is a 24" wide egress on both sides of at the rear of a switchgear but to reach the door of the electrical room one would need to re-enter the working space on the front of the gear. Is the front working space treated separately even though it is a single piece of equipment and thus an acceptable arrangement?

Looks to me like the working space for the stuff mounted on the wall to the left of the switch gear is a problem. As long as the back side of the switch gear does not require working space, I'm not sure I see any problem with that.
