NFPA 70E 3-3.7 Foot and Leg Protection says "Where
insulated footwear is used as protection against step and touch potential, dielectric overshoes shall be required". Is EH-rated footwear required to be worn anywhere?
Is it just up to the individual to decide if he wants to wear them and not a NFPA requirement?
