When not using a fire alarm panel for elevator recall , Do you need 4 wire smoke detectors straight to elevator control panel? Do you need 110v 0r 24v? do you get this voltage from the elevator control panel? Or do you just feed the smoke with 110v and then have two wires for each smoke to the elevator control panel for status?

I've never installed nor seen one, but NFPA 72 does recognize control panels whose sole purpose is elevator recall.
Wiring to the relay has to be supervised. There is also a requirement that the unsupervised distance fro the relay to the elevator control panel not be greater than 36". This is where addressable panels earn their keep.
