Guys this is a run on the roof. It's threaded RMC with factory elbows. Wouldnt I only need a coupling and cut and thread on the pipe that meets ONLY ON THE ONE END OF THE ELBOW if the conduit run needs to to turn and end not with a full length. The other side of the elbow I could start with a full length of conduit that already has a coupling. Yes?

Yes, the vertical (in your sketch) conduit can thread directly onto the elbow with its own factory coupling. The other side of the elbow would need its own coupling.

Right so to confirm ....and this is all horizontal on roof. Since elbow is threaded on each side one side of elbow could accept a full stick of conduit with a coupling so no coupling or cut and thread would be needed on one side of elbow ?
