I may be dreaming agian, i thought i read somewhere that there are "standard" pricing lists available i.e box connectors, couplings, one hole straps etc. Anyone familiar with this or where to find it?

Try Traser (trade service) or Epic. Some of your supply houses will provide a pricing book.
