So up until recently my electric fence was working fine. The energizer was snapping and the light was flashing but when you touched it the shock was almost nonexistent. I unhooked the hot wire and tried touching the output without the wire hooked up and same thing very minimal shock. I have four ground rods in saturated soil all six feet deep but when I unhook the ground and complete the circuit myself the energizer works as it should. I also bought a brand new energizer and it did not work. I am not sure what to do to get my fence working again. Please help
