Electric Heater Equipment Circuit

Question, NEC 424.4 (A) states "Branch circuits supplying two or more outlets for fixed electric space-heating equipment shall be rated not over 30 amperes.", does this mean I can power two heaters from 30A circuit without the need to provide a fused disconnect (using tap rule) at each unit?

Thank you!
