Do you know of any code restrictions that would prohibit the installation of an electric heater unit mounted to the ceiling of an outbuilding used to store gasoline-driven yard vehicles and a pickup-truck?
When I entered the pedestrian door to the new building, there was the smell (not strong but noticeable) of gasoline which is stored in several portable five-gallon cans. In addition to the pedestrian door the building has a rollup door and has vents in the wall at either end of the building below the roof overhang. There are no windows. There is already installed a 3 phase, 208/120 volt panel where the heater would be supplied from. The building is brick construction and measures 30 feet by 30 feet.
Thanks
