electric meter by pool

I have a home owner who is putting a pool in next to his home on the side where the panel is located. what is the code for where the meter needs to be moved, I tried looking in the Code book but couldnt find it.

How is the meter being energized? Look @ Art,680.8 & 680.10 - The locations of overhead & underground installation are covered hear.

i've looked in 680. They talk about where to run the wires but not the allowable location of the meter. I figured it will need to be outside of the pool cage but dont know the exact code.

There is nothing that talks about the location of the meter it's self but like I asked where is it being fed from or how is it being fed? The proper clearances come into play as far as the feed to the meter so that would make the clearance fo the meter be a problem.

I is being fed underground from a utility pole behind the house so the wires are probably running next to the house, have to located for exact run though. I know they have to be 5 feet from the inside of the pool.
