I thought there was a device that can easily detect or light up when it senses electricity that they use around docks to help prevent electric shock swimming. This is sad.

There are devices that can save people for alot of things....It's getting the people to USE THEM is the problem. Many people want to make excuses for using devices that MAY cost a little more than a standard device that doesn't offer the same level of protection. However, it is much easier to complain about the cost than to balance the benefits of the safety.......and I could cite an example in Article 210...but I will refrain.:angel:
