Hi all - I am in the process of building a home with a detached garage. The garage is in the rear of the home about 45 feet behind the back of the main house. There is a main breaker in the house, and then wiring running from the main breaker to a sub panel in the detached garage. The wiring is run through a conduit buried in the ground. Total length of wiring from the house to the garage is roughly 100 feet.

I want to eventually put an electric charger in the garage. The text below is the type of wiring that’s running from the main breaker in the home to the sub panel in the garage. I am certainly no expert but I can’t find much information on how many amps this wiring could support for car charging. I believe it’s aluminum wiring.

Any and all knowledge or help is appreciated!
