Electric urd primary distance from Gasoline

I am moving some underground 3 phase primary to accomadate for a building expansion. The new urd route to a junction enclosure puts me near an above-ground gas storage tank (used for refueling city vehicles).
Question: What is the allowable distance I can be from this fuel source?
NESC references NFPA 30-2000

Thank You,

You will likely only need to remain OUTSIDE of the classified area which would be the area inside the dike where the dike height is greater than the distance from the tank to the dike for more than 50 percent of the tank circumference.

See table 4.3.2.4 of the NFPA 30A and Chapters 4 and 5 of the NFPA 30.
