Hey guys,
I hold the operating permit at a hospital and was wondering if anyone has a detailed template form I can use for alterations made to the electrical distribution. My hope is as things are altered by staff, contactors and project teams, a form will need to be filled and filled with us so we can track these changes as they are happening.
Right now, things are being changed and I don't hear about it until the project is over months later, meanwhile we are carrying out routine maintenance and i have real safety concerns. To be clear this would be separate to the OP log book, any ideas would be much appreciated!
