Electrical bus ducts connection

Hi,
Normally, the bus duct connection from a Tx and Gen at top of terminal box.
Can I do Connection of Electrical bus ducts from a distribution (11kv/415v) transformer at bottom of terminal box.
If doing so, what are factors to be consider.

Be sure the wiring method is rated for wet environments. Pad mount transformers have been bottom entry/exit forever.
