Electrical Code followed in other contries

Does anyone know what electrical code is followed in Poland, England, Spain and Israel?

Did some work in Ireland. They are regulated by what they call "The Regs". It's a RECI thing (RECI is like NEMA). Anyway that is their code as I believe. I've talked to a good few sparkies over there. They seem to be very tight with their regulations but not alof of inspections.

I believe all of the above countries (question mark for Israel) have codes that are based on IEC 60364, with lots of local amendments. (Does it sound familiar? )
