Electrical engineering recommendations

Hello,

I have a small family business. We do a lot of EV chargers, panel upgrades, rewiring. I've been getting a lot of inquiries about multi apartment's buildings panel replacements. I don't have as much experience doing those and preparation of all of the documents, drawing single line diagrams, working on load calculations, dealing with the city and utility to obtain permits take a lot of time, which I unfortunately don't have as I do a lot of work myself.

Do you guys do everything yourself, hire someone or delegate to another company? If you delegate I would love some recommendations for someone or a company in California or Los Angeles area.

Why are they soliciting you ? I thought all the great General Contractors already have an elite list of subs that they only deal with.

Why are they soliciting you ? I thought all the great General Contractors already have an elite list of subs that they only deal with.

I get calls monthly from General Contractors that have "burned" out subs, looking for fresh subs. So, where are those elite General Contractors that have a list of subs that they deal with ?.
