Could you direct me to the code ruling on having an MCC in the same room with a running chiller and/or boiler?
 
I cannot as there is none.

As long as the clearance requirements of 110.26 are met and the ambient temperature is not above 40 C there are no issues.

If the ambient temp. were above 40C wouldn't you just need to use an adjustment factor to compensate the trip rating? if yes what code section would cover that?
