Electrical Estimating Tools

I am looking for the best electrical estimating program that is out wihout spending an arm and a leg. I am primarily a residentail contractor and would like to move onto commercial projects and I am having trouble bidding on them. I noticed that the Home Depot CD was talked about back in March of '08, but can't find a copy anywere. Could anyone help me?

I read the article and was wondering, why was Accubid not included on the list of recommended estimating programs?
