Electrical Inspection Forms

When I make a service call I would like to be able to offer the customer a survey of their electrical system. I would check for obvious problems as well as suggested upgrades i.e. GFI's, fans etc. Does anyone know where I could obtain a stock form that I could use? Perhaps a form similar to those used by home inspectors.

I make all my own forms in Word or Excel, I find custom forms with my logo are best, customized to suit the project.

I do the same. Most of the time I just reach down and bring up the old personality and charm followed by a business card. Just about every time the customer gives me a list of things they would like fixed in the future. Just another day of caring about your work and helping others. Semper Fi
