Have a 150kva XFMR being fed from an automatic transfer switch via a non-fused disconnect switch. 150kva XFMR supplies two separate loads. Does the non-fused disconnect switch need to be changed out to a fused disconnect switch with fuses sized to the load?

Does the feeder have correct over current protection?

Is the feeder over current protection also providing over current protection for the transformer?

You can tap the secondary of a transformer to supply two different panels.

You would provide over-current protraction for the secondary tap, secondary tap rules,usually at the load end

If you take one step back and look ahead of the transfer switch, what protection will be
in place for the transformer with the switch in each mode ?
You need to look at Art 450.3 and 240.21(C) for more details.
