I'am teaching about ground-detection indicator systems. ground detector lights. In the past ground detector lights or neutralizer or "potentializer" plugs were installed to indicate that a ground fault had occurred on the ungrounded system. What are neutralizer or "potentializer" plugs? What do they look like and how do they function? (audio, visual?)
