electrical license questions... and others

Hey guys im charlie im new to this forum and i have a few things im curious about. First im 22 years old and ive been workin in electrical since i was a pup. Im a first step apprentice in the LU 126, im kinda excited about that but i really have always wanted to be in the LU 98 because i feel like Emril in the kitchen when im working on inside work so i figured id take the test to have my electrical license. I live in Pa right outside philly. Ive looked all over the place to try and figure out what i have to do but have gotten no clear answer. Please help me out thanks guys.

First of all, welcome to the forum. Secondly, I will have no answers for you myself, but it might help you get some answers if you clarified the question. It would help if you explained what is meant by "LU126" and "LU98." Most of us will not recognize those terms.
