ElectroMagnet device for the use in hold open systems on fire protection doors. this device suppose to interfere with fire alarm system.
Is it permitted to supply voltage to this device from the same source of fire alarm system?

They can be supplied from the fire system but if they are they need to be included in the battery calculations.
from NFPA 72 (National fire alarm code):
4.4.1.3 Power Supply Sources.
4.4.1.3.1 At least two independent and reliable power supplies shall be provided, one
primary and one secondary, each of which shall be of adequate capacity for the application.
4.4.1.3.2 Monitoring the integrity of power supplies shall be in accordance with 4.4.7.3.
4.4.1.4 Primary Power Supply.
4.4.1.4.1 Dedicated Branch Circuit. A dedicated branch circuit of one of the following
shall supply primary power:
(1) Commercial light and power
(2) An engine-driven generator or equivalent in accordance with 4.4.1.9.2, where a
person specifically trained in its operation is on duty at all times
(3) An engine-driven generator or equivalent arranged for cogeneration with
commercial light and power in accordance with 4.4.1.9.2, where a person
specifically trained in its operation is on duty at all times
question: if the branch circuit is Dedicated Branch Circuit for Fire alarm system, how can supply electromagnet device from the same branch?

They are typically supplied by the 24VDC power supply in the fire alarm control panel. If there are too many to supply from that power supply (or you don't want to supply them from the backup battery in case of power failure) a Normally Closed contact that opens on alarm can interrupt the power from a separate power supply. The power supply need not be supervised because a failure of the supply or of the circuit fails into a safe mode -- it closes the fire doors.
