Welding raceways is prohibited and running conductors in plain pipe is often a violation.

It is about as continuous as you can get but as another poster mentioned stands a good chance of not meeting code requirements if you are running single conductors inside the pipe. In any case, a pipe is not a legal raceway, so it does not matter much if you weld it or not.
