Electrical Panels and Eye Wash Stations

I work for an electric cooperative and one of my members who uses a large amount of electrically powered fork lift and tow motors asked the following question: What distance away from electrical panels can eye wash stations be installed. All help is much appreciated.

the eye wash stations cannot intrude into the working space requirements for the panels, no different than anything else.
