electrical pricing in new area

I just moved here (bluffton s.c.) from upstate ny so I know there are things in the local code that will be different... I tried calling around to get some pricing on things that would help me get a good start on things.. but everyone i talk to say they need to see the job first. Is there a internet site that gives tradesman priceing for certain areas on-line? please help. ty
