In a multi-unit dwellin of four stories, romex has been used for branch circuit wiring, SE cable encased in RMC was used for the service and emt runs through return air plenums extends outside to feed outside lights. According to NYC which of the following is true?

a. EMT not allowed in plenum ceilings
b. NM allowed in residence over three stories
c. SE in RMC
d. Emt allowed outside when treated against
corrosion with an approved means.

I know C is true, A and B are false. D, hrm. I think it was true but hasn't been for a bit. I think people still do it even.
