Electrical Room outside of demised space

All I have the situation below. The electrical room serving our planned space is remote. Per code section 240 Overcurrent Protection - Part II Location - (B) Occupancy (240.24(B)) I do not think it is in code compliant, what does the group think. Our space is in red, the remote electrical room is in purple, all electrical panels are located in that room.

Read the exceptions to 240.24(B)...
It's not very CONVENIENT, especially if you as a tenant do not have access to that space, but so long as the entire building has "continuous building management supervision", I can't think of a Code violation here.

That's the trick, the "continuous building management supervision" which means there need to be some facility person on site during business hours.
