E-new-.jpgguys, please take a look if my electrical room is fine? We can only have 1 door there, but the service is 1200 amp power. For the top panel, we don't have double work space witch is 7'...

The second question is if i put some switch on the left. I should maintain at least 8' work space, right?

Help me...

You mentioned 1200 amps, but I don't see that you have gear that fits into 110.26(C)(2) large equipment either, if you are concerned about entrance/egress from working space.

If you had a single 1200 amp switchboard this section would apply, you have multiple pieces of equipment but all are under 1200 amps.

I would add that the 1200 amp switchboard also needs to be larger than 6' in width for that section to apply.

you are right, so the code only apply to single equipment over 1200amp? Do we still need to concern about the Con-Edison end box which is 1200 amp.

No, the requirement is for large equipment over 6' in width and 1200 amps or more and must also contain overcurrent devices, switching devices, or control devices.
