Does anyone know where I can get a .pdf copy of componet symbols. All i can find are symbols for stuff like capacitors, resistors and the like. I'm looking for stuff like switches, outlets, lighting. Thanx for any help

Ignore my above posts...getting to the symbol segments selection is too complex. The best way is to Google ANSI Y32.9, select and click on 'Drawings and Sketches", then scroll down to the symbols needed for floor plans in construction diagrams, schematics, components etc for anything used in documented plans.
