Electrical Service Main and Main telecom Service in the same Room

Is there any code that says the electrical service main and main telecom service can't be in the same room? TIA standards don't recommend these items being the the same room, but is there any code that prohibits it?

It is not a violation of the NEC. It might violate BICSI standards, and the serving utility companies might have something to say on the matter.
