Does anyone know of a testing company in South Florida that can provide third party testing for ground resistance, acceptance testing, commissioning, etc.
I am involved in a project that requires me to provide reams of test results and then have them verified by a third party.

Do you mind detailing some of these required tests, and what the entire project involves. My curiosity is taken over me.

This is the Compartment B North and South STA Buildouts for South Florida Water Management (part of the Everglades restoration initiative).
They are requiring certified testing of the grounding systems (including lightning protection), testing of TVSS units, insulation testing for cabling, battery charger testing, transfer switch testing,transformer, switchgear, and meter testing, GFCI testing, and so on,etc.
All testing is to be performed per NETA TS specifications by technicians certified by NETA or Nicet.
