Electrician and Master Certification for Ohio

I would like to know what's the best approach, and the best required study material to buy to get licensed as an electrician and the requirements for the master certification in Ohio? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Use your computer to search for the Ohio requirements for a Master.

Use your computer to find out which testing company they use.

Use your computer to find out how the test is configured. (closed or open book, which NEC version, etc)

Offhand I cannot remember if Ohio licenses electricians, but I know that they license contractors.
