a bunch of these 35 watt electronic ballast hid fixtures have stopped working.
its a nightlight ct with a lot of blue prints to go through to find the ct.
anyone have any experience with troubleshooting these?
they bundle along with some t5's in the fixture next to them

Special Technical Features for JT3 Ballasts
? Special ballast "tap" lead automatically provides proper
power source for 3-wire, 120V TP heater (First Technology,
RP-1B or equivalent) when ballast is operated with either
120V or 277V supply voltage.

Lamp Maintenance Notice
? To start new lamps or replaced lamps, turn off
ballast input voltage for 10 seconds then back on.
? If lamp or wiring is defective the ballast will "shut down"
in 1.5 to 30 minutes depending on the fault condition
