That is the name of the book " Understanding electronics and electrical circuits" By who? not sure!!>>>> But same area pick a book (any book) and get a 9V battery and go to nearest electronic or hobby store for breadboards >>

Go to your local library and look at several different books.

One possibility is the ARRL "Radio Amateur's Handbook" by Headquarters Staff of the ARRL. Looks like 1978 may have been the last edition.

The name may have changed for recent editions to
"The ARRL Handbook for Radio Communications". See

By understanding electronics do you mean understanding the use of diodes, resistors, transistors, operational amplifiers... in a circuit ?

Then you first need to understand electrical circuits.
