Can a Burndy KS22 Lug (copper plated) attach a #2 ground wire to aelectroplated zinc cable tray? or do you guys think we have a dissimilar metal issue? From what I can see these are dissimilar, but are they dissimilar enough to cause corrosion?

It all depends on the environment. If it is temperature/humidity controlled, there shouldn't be an issue. However, if its humid or wet, or near the ocean, you might have an issue. In order for corrosion by dissimilar metals to occur, you need an 'electrolyte'. It will not happen just with the two metals touching.

The Burndy KS22 split bolt is made of a solid copper alloy and is not plated.

I personally wouldn't worry about it in most applications.
