Elevator and cab light disconnect

I have elevator disconnect and elevator cab light disconnect placed outside of hoistway in electrical room where there are other electrical panel.

Would not elevator disconnect and elevator cab light disconnect need to be placed in space dedicated to them and not in electrical room or can they be placed in the electrical room with other panel? Checked 620 but not exactly sure

I know that and i also know there are definitions in 620 which i looked at for machine and control room/space.

Does an electric room with panels not related to elevator count as machine/control room or space?
