Elevator Disconnecting Means

Hello,

I am currently working to install 3 elevators. They all have a controller in the "machine room" (in which) I am placing a disconnect. They also have a motor drive in the Hoist way controlled on said controller. Do I need an additional disconnect in the top of the hoist way to meet the "Within Site" requirement?
