Elevator feeder breaker sizing

I have project where elevator info is not yet decided. So then i dont have submittal cut sheet. I do have size of elevator phase and voltage. Can the elevator feeder breaker size be decided and which code section?

In the past 10 years every non-hydraulic elevator that we've wired had a VFD so we would be sizing the branch circuit to the VFD not the elevator motor. Is this a hydraulic elevator?

Its elevator without generator field control. Its for high rise. I only know motor HP phase and voltage. Their is elevator controller supplied by manufacturer shown on plans but they dont know all the details only motor HP phase and voltage

I thought 620.61 can be used for sizing of feeder breaker size for elevator?

Is it a feeder or a branch circuit?

Its feeder breaker in panelboard since the it feeds elevator disconnect that is fused per manufacturer in control space.

One cannot use 620.61(C) to size elevator the feeder breaker? 620.61(D) is for branch circuit breaker sizing

Article 430 Part V, 430.62(A) is for a feeder for more than one motor so IMO you need to use Part IV.
 
I can usually contact the supplier and get an approx. horsepower if I make enough noise, but for the most part, Elevator people just suck.

I swear, next time I'm going to convince the architect to cross companies off the list if they can't give us an estimated horsepower.
